200 grams Maris Piper potatoes; scrubbed but not
\N \N ; peeled
300 grams Sweet potatoes; (pink-skinned),
\N \N ; scrubbed but not
\N \N ; peeled
1 large Onion; sliced
\N \N Salt and pepper
\N \N Olive mist

Spray olive mist into a frying pan and soften the onion.

Put the onion in a mixing bowl and grate the potatoes into it. Add salt and pepper.

Put the mixture into a frying pan and cook, keeping it in a cake shape until browned, then turn and repeat.
