Sweet curried pumpkin soup

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
½ kilograms (~1 pound) pumpkin, cubed
3 \N Largish sweet potatoes, cubed
1 \N Huge onion, cut coarsely
4 \N Garlic cloves (up to 5)
\N \N Olive oil
\N \N Paprika, salt, pepper to taste
\N \N Curry powder, to taste
\N \N Garam masala, to taste

Saute the vegetables in the olive oil, add the spices and saute a little longer. Add water and cook till the vegetables are soft. Puree.

Since my husband is British I went a little easy on the curry powder, he doesn't have the strong Hungarian tastebuds that I do.
