Measure | Ingredient |

½ kilograms | (~1 pound) pumpkin, cubed |
3 \N | Largish sweet potatoes, cubed |
1 \N | Huge onion, cut coarsely |
4 \N | Garlic cloves (up to 5) |
\N \N | Olive oil |
\N \N | Paprika, salt, pepper to taste |
\N \N | Curry powder, to taste |
\N \N | Garam masala, to taste |
Saute the vegetables in the olive oil, add the spices and saute a little longer. Add water and cook till the vegetables are soft. Puree.
Since my husband is British I went a little easy on the curry powder, he doesn't have the strong Hungarian tastebuds that I do.
