|1 cup||Sun dried apricots|
|¾ cup||Unsweetened coconut flakes|
|¼ cup||Pre-cooked AM Bits-O-Barley|
|2 tablespoons||Lemon juice|
|2 tablespoons||Raw honey|
|\N \N||Chopped nuts for rolling|
Put apricots, pecans, coconut and precooked Bits-O-Barley through blender. Remove from blender container and pour into a mixing bowl.
Add lemon juice and honey. Shape into balls and roll in extra chopped nuts. Refrigerate.
