Suisse mocha cheesecake

Measure Ingredient
1 pack (8-oz) cream cheese; softened
⅓ cup Sugar
1 cup Sour cream
2 tablespoons General Foods International Coffees; Suisse Mocha
1 tablespoon Milk
1 \N Keebler ready-crust graham cracker pie crust (6 oz.)
1 carton (8-oz) Cool Whip non-dairy whipped topping; thawed

Measure ¼ c. of the mixture; set remainder aside. Stir coffee granules and milk into measured ¼ c. of cheese mixture. Drizzle 1 Tblsp. of the mocha flavored cheese mixture into crust. Fold whipped topping into reserved cream cheese. Spoon into crust. Drizzle with remaining mocha flavored cheese mixture; draw knife or metal spatula through mixture to form pattern on top. Refrigerate until set, at least 2 hours. Store leftover pie in the refrigerator. Prep time: 15 min.
