Frozen mocha cheesecake

Yield: 10 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1¼ cup Chocolate wafer crumbs (oreo)
¼ cup Margarine or butter; melted
¼ cup Sugar
1 pack (8-oz) cream cheese; softened
1 can (14-oz) sweetened condensed milk
⅔ cup Chocolate syrup (up to)
2 tablespoons Instant coffee powder
1 teaspoon Hot water
1 cup Whipping cream; whipped
\N \N Additional choc crumbs / choc chips /sprinkles etc

From: adubrofs@... (Anne Dubrofsky) Date: 4 Jun 1995 07:45:13 -0600 This is a fabulous recipe. A bit expensive, but, oh, worth it! Combine crumbs, margarine & sugar; press firmly on bottom & up sides of pie pan. In a large bowl, beat cheese until fluffy; gradually add milk & syrup, beating until smooth. Dissolve coffee powder in hot water, mix well into cheese mixture. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into prepared pan, cover. Freeze 6 hours or until firm. Garnish with chocolate crumbs / chips / sprinkles.
