Ingredients

85 millilitres Sesame oil
1 x Sm. cabbage, fine chop
2 xes Sm. carrots, diced
2 mediums Potatoes, peeled & diced
1 x Green pepper, diced
1 x Red pepper, diced
2 xes Onions, sliced
120 grams Tofu, diced
900 millilitres Strong vegetable stock
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Heat the sesame oil, throw in all the veggies and tofu, saute for a few mins. Add the vegetable stock and simmer for 20 mins. Taste and adjust the seasonings. This is a steaming hot vegetable stew eaten in the winter. Make sure that the sesame oil is of high quality and really flavours the stew.
