85 | millilitres | Sesame oil |
1 | x | Sm. cabbage, fine chop |
2 | xes | Sm. carrots, diced |
2 | mediums | Potatoes, peeled & diced |
1 | x | Green pepper, diced |
1 | x | Red pepper, diced |
2 | xes | Onions, sliced |
120 | grams | Tofu, diced |
900 | millilitres | Strong vegetable stock |
Salt and pepper to taste |
Directions
Heat the sesame oil, throw in all the veggies and tofu, saute for a few mins. Add the vegetable stock and simmer for 20 mins. Taste and adjust the seasonings. This is a steaming hot vegetable stew eaten in the winter. Make sure that the sesame oil is of high quality and really flavours the stew.
