1xSm. cabbage, fine chop
2xesSm. carrots, diced
2mediumsPotatoes, peeled & diced
1xGreen pepper, diced
1xRed pepper, diced
2xesOnions, sliced
120gramsTofu, diced
900millilitresStrong vegetable stock
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Heat the sesame oil, throw in all the veggies and tofu, saute for a few mins. Add the vegetable stock and simmer for 20 mins. Taste and adjust the seasonings. This is a steaming hot vegetable stew eaten in the winter. Make sure that the sesame oil is of high quality and really flavours the stew.
