Strawberry pecan cake

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Box duncan hines white cake mix
1 \N Box (small) strawberry jello
1 cup Wesson oil
1 cup Thawed strawberries
1 cup Chopped pecans
½ cup Milk
4 \N Eggs
1 cup Flaked coconut
3¾ cup Powdered sugar
1 \N Stick butter; melted
½ cup Thawed strawberries
½ cup Chopped pecans
½ cup Flaked coconut

Date: 3 Jun 1994 13:11:53 -0400 My sister served this at a party, was a hit! Not lo-cal! You could probably substitute fresh strawberries.

Cake: Mix all and put in greased/floured 9X13' pan. Cook for 40 minutes at 350 degrees.

Icing: Melt butter and mix all, spread on cooled cake, refrigerate until served.
