Stir fry lentils & beans

Ingredients

¼cupSesame oil
½cupDiced onion
½cupDiced celery
1cupSliced mushrooms
2cupsCooked AM Red Lentils
1cupCooked AM Adzuki beans
½cupFresh mung bean sprouts
½cupSliced water chestnuts
2teaspoonsLow sodium tamari sauce
½teaspoonMarjoram
¼teaspoonNutmeg
¼teaspoonGarlic powder
¼teaspoonOnion powder

Directions

Heat the oil in a large skillet or wok and saute the onion, celery and mushrooms until brown. Add the remaining ingredients and cook, stirring until heated through.
