Steamer trout with herb stuffing

Ingredients

3eachesPan-dressed trout fresh or thawed
½teaspoonSalt
2cupsHerb stuffing
cupButter or marg; melted
½cupFresh mushrooms; sliced
cupGreen onions; sliced
1tablespoonParsley; chopped
1tablespoonPimento; chopped
2teaspoonsLemon juice
¼teaspoonMargarine

Directions

Wash and dry trout. In mixing bowl, combine remaining ingredients.

Stuff fish and place in steamer basket. Add 1-½ cups water to reservoir, cover and steam from 26 to 30 minutes.
