Steamer trout with herb stuffing

Ingredients

| 3 | eaches | Pan-dressed trout fresh or thawed |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 2 | cups | Herb stuffing |
| ⅓ | cup | Butter or marg; melted |
| ½ | cup | Fresh mushrooms; sliced |
| ⅓ | cup | Green onions; sliced |
| 1 | tablespoon | Parsley; chopped |
| 1 | tablespoon | Pimento; chopped |
| 2 | teaspoons | Lemon juice |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Margarine |
Directions
Wash and dry trout. In mixing bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
Stuff fish and place in steamer basket. Add 1-½ cups water to reservoir, cover and steam from 26 to 30 minutes.
