Steamed cubed pork

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Pork
½ cup Soy sauce
½ cup Sherry
1 tablespoon Sugar

1. Cut pork in 1-inch cubes. Combine soy sauce, sherry and sugar. Add to pork and toss. Place in heatproof bowl.

2. Steam on a rack until done (about 1-½ hours). See HOW-TO SECTION.
