Steamed sliced pork with white cheese

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pounds Lean pork
½ teaspoon Cornstarch
1 teaspoon Soy sauce
3 tablespoons Water
2 Cubes Chinese white cheese

Directions

1. Cut pork in 1/16-inch slices. Place in a heatproof bowl.

2. Blend cornstarch, soy sauce and cold water. Mash white cheese cubes and blend in. Pour mixture over pork.

3. Steam on a rack until done (30 to 40 minutes). See HOW-TO SECTION.
