Steamed chicken stuffed with lobster

Ingredients

| 1 | (3-4 pound) chicken | |
| 1 | Lobster | |
| ½ | pounds | Pike |
| 1 | tablespoon | Smoked ham |
| ¾ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | dash | Pepper |
Directions
1. Bone chicken, leaving its skin and natural shape intact (see "How-to Section").
2. Shell and mince lobster. Bone and mince pike. Mince smoked ham. Then combine with salt and pepper.
3. Stuff chicken with mixture; then sew up securely or skewer. Place in a large heatproof bowl. Steam until done (about 2 hours). See "How-to Section".
