Spicy tofu-bell pepper supreme

¾cupOnions, yellow; cubed
cupSalsa, tomato mild
½cupOlives, black; pitted
cupGarbanzo beans, canned; drained
1cupTofu; baked, cubed
teaspoonSalt
teaspoonPepper

Directions

Combine the oil, peppers, and onion in a saucepan and cook over high heat for 5 to 8 minuts. Reduce the heat and add the remaining ingredients. Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes. Serve with Fresh Corn Salad or brown rice.
