Spicy tofu and fruit

Ingredients

10ouncesTofu; lowfat, cubed
½cupApricot halves; dried
½cupPrunes; pitted
¼cupRaisins
½cupOrange juice
¼cupWhite wine; dry
2tablespoonsWhite wine vinegar
1tablespoonCornstarch
2tablespoonsSugar
½teaspoonCinnamon
½teaspoonAllspice
3cupsRice; cooked, brown

Directions

Put tofu, apricots, prunes, and raisins in crockpot. In small bowl combine other ingred. Mix to dissolve cornstarch. Pour over tofu and fruit. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours. Serve over rice.
