Spicy okra with basmati rice and black beans

Ingredients

½cupOnions; chopped
2cupsFresh tomatoes; chopped
1teaspoonHot sesame oil
1cupOkra; sliced
1teaspoonGarlic; chopped
¼teaspoonSalt
¼teaspoonFreshly ground black pepper
½Vegetable bouillon cube
2cupsWhite basmati rice; cooked
1cupBlack beans, canned

Directions

In a medium size saucepan, saute the onions and tomatoes in the oil for 5 minutes. Add the okra, garlic, salt, pepper and bouillon cube.

Cook for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve hot over the rice and beans, or brown rice.
