Spicy okra/basmati rice/black beans

½cupOnions; chopped
2cupsTomatoes, fresh; chopped
1teaspoonSesame oil; hot
1cupOkra; sliced
1teaspoonGarlic; chopped
¼teaspoonSalt
¼teaspoonPepper
½Bouillon cube, vegetable
2cupsBasmati rice
1cupBeans, black, canned

Directions

In a medium-sized saucepan, saute the onions and tomatoes in the oil for 5 minutes. Add the okra, garlic, salt, pepper and bouillon cube.

Cook for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve hot over the rice and beans.
