Spicy lentil and vegetable casserole

Ingredients

| 250 | grams | Broccoli | 
| 60 | grams | Ghee | 
| 1 | medium | Onion, chopped | 
| 2 | Cloves garlic, crushed | |
| 1 | teaspoon | Curry powder | 
| ½ | teaspoon | Garam masala | 
| 1½ | cup | Red lentils | 
| 2 | Potatoes, chopped | |
| 2 | Carrots, sliced | |
| 4 | cups | Water | 
Directions
Cut broccoli into small florets. Heat ghee in pan, add onion and garlic, cook, stirring until onion is soft. Add curry powder and garam masala, cook for 1 minute, stirring. Add lentils, potatoes, carrots and water. Cover, bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in broccoli, simmer 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
