|175 grams||Cooked chicken; diced (6oz)|
|1 small||Red pepper; chopped|
|4||Salad onions; chopped|
|25 grams||Raisins; (1oz)|
|125 millilitres||Reduced calorie mayonnaise; (4floz)|
|2 teaspoons||Mild curry powder|
|2 teaspoons||Garam masala|
|Salt and freshly ground black pepper|
|1 pack||Assorted seeded rolls|
1. Place the chicken, pepper, onions, raisins, mayonnaise, spices and seasoning in a bowl and mix well.
2. Cut a circle from the top of each bun and reserve. Fill with the chicken mixture and replace the bun top.
3. Serve on a bed of lettuce, garnished with tomato and parsley.
Alternatively serve with pitta bread.
