Spicy chicken rolls

Measure Ingredient
175 grams Cooked chicken; diced (6oz)
1 small Red pepper; chopped
4 \N Salad onions; chopped
25 grams Raisins; (1oz)
125 millilitres Reduced calorie mayonnaise; (4floz)
2 teaspoons Mild curry powder
2 teaspoons Garam masala
1 teaspoon Cumin
\N \N Salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 pack Assorted seeded rolls

1. Place the chicken, pepper, onions, raisins, mayonnaise, spices and seasoning in a bowl and mix well.

2. Cut a circle from the top of each bun and reserve. Fill with the chicken mixture and replace the bun top.

3. Serve on a bed of lettuce, garnished with tomato and parsley.

Alternatively serve with pitta bread.
