Spanish tortilla de patata

Measure Ingredient
8 \N Eggs
1 kilograms Potatoes
½ litre Olive oil
\N \N Salt

After having peeled the potatoes, you must make them slices. Put all the oil in a frying pan, and when hot, add potatoes with salt and turn them over. Take care not to let oil become too hot. Afterthat take potatoes out and drain them.

Beat eggs very strongly and add them a little salt. Mix with fried potatoes.

Put three oil spoon in a big pan. When hot, pour mixed eggs and potatoes and shake the pan a litle. If you see it is detached and brown you can turn it, with care, using a big dish and shaking the pan let the other side become brown too.

You can eat it hot or cold.
