Spam enchiladas

| 1½ | cup | Shredded Monterey Jack cheese; divided | 
| 1½ | cup | Shredded Cheddar cheese; divided |

| ½ | cup | Chopped onion | 
| 1 | cup | Salsa; divided | 
| 8 | Flour tortillas -; (8\" dia) | |
| Shredded lettuce | ||
| Chopped tomato | ||
Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
In medium bowl, combine Spam, 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, 1 cup Cheddar cheese, bell pepper, onion and ¼ cup salsa. Spoon mixture down center of each tortilla; roll tightly. Place seam-side down in 13- by 9-inch baking dish. Top with remaining salsa and cheese. 
Bake 20 minutes or until cheese is melted. Top with lettuce and tomato.
