Sole fillets with shrimp

Ingredients

| 2 | tablespoons | Vegetable oil |
| 3 | tablespoons | Butter |
| 4 | Sole fillets Salt and pepper to taste | |
| 1 | cup | Flour |
| 10 | Shrimp, cleaned | |
| ½ | pounds | Mushrooms, sliced |
| 1 | tablespoon | Chopped parsley |
| ½ | Lemon, juice of | |
Directions
Heat oil and 2 tb butter in large fry pan over low heat. Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper; coat with flour. Fry over low heat 3 minutes. turn and cook another 3 minutes or until done. Remove to serving platter; keep warm. Add shrimp. mushrooms and parsley to same fry pan. Cook for 3 minutes, shaking pan frequently. Stir in remaining butter, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Pour over fish and serve.
