Smothered chicken #1

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 large Fryer; cut up
Salt and pepper
1 can (10-oz) cream of chicken soup
½ can (4-oz) mushroom pieces; and liquid
½ cup Water
2 tablespoons Parsley flakes
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1 tablespoon Soy sauce

Place chicken in roasting pan. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Cover and bake at 350 for 1-½ hours. Take our and pour off gravy. Bake for 20 minutes.
