|1 \N||16 ounces ca StarKist Fancy Albacore Tuna in; well drained|
|\N \N||; Spring Water|
|8 ounces||Low fat or no fat cream cheese; room temperature|
|6 \N||Scallions; cleaned and minced|
|1 teaspoon||Sweet paprika|
|1 dash||Worcestershire sauce|
|2 drops||Natural liquid smoke flavor|
|2 \N||Pieces soft flat breads as for sandwich wraps or|
|\N \N||; 4 large fresh tortillas|
|1 \N||Romaine heart shredded|
Break apart tuna on several layers on paper towel and top with two more layers of paper towel. Press out as much moisture as possible. Using a fork, mash together the tuna, scallions, cream cheese, paprika, worcestershire and liquid smoke in a bowl. Spread evenly over bread or tortillas and, top with lettuce and roll up like a jelly roll. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap until serving. Serve as sandwiches for lunch or cut into one inch slices for appetizers. The tuna/cream cheese blend is also great on a bagel with a slice of tomato and onions for breakfast or brunch.
