Smoky tuna rollups

Measure Ingredient
1 \N 16 ounces ca StarKist Fancy Albacore Tuna in; well drained
\N \N ; Spring Water
8 ounces Low fat or no fat cream cheese; room temperature
6 \N Scallions; cleaned and minced
1 teaspoon Sweet paprika
1 dash Worcestershire sauce
2 drops Natural liquid smoke flavor
2 \N Pieces soft flat breads as for sandwich wraps or
\N \N ; 4 large fresh tortillas
1 \N Romaine heart shredded

Break apart tuna on several layers on paper towel and top with two more layers of paper towel. Press out as much moisture as possible. Using a fork, mash together the tuna, scallions, cream cheese, paprika, worcestershire and liquid smoke in a bowl. Spread evenly over bread or tortillas and, top with lettuce and roll up like a jelly roll. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap until serving. Serve as sandwiches for lunch or cut into one inch slices for appetizers. The tuna/cream cheese blend is also great on a bagel with a slice of tomato and onions for breakfast or brunch.
