116 ounces ca StarKist Fancy Albacore Tuna in; well drained
; Spring Water
8ouncesLow fat or no fat cream cheese; room temperature
6Scallions; cleaned and minced
1teaspoonSweet paprika
1dashWorcestershire sauce
2dropsNatural liquid smoke flavor
2Pieces soft flat breads as for sandwich wraps or
; 4 large fresh tortillas
1Romaine heart shredded

Directions

Break apart tuna on several layers on paper towel and top with two more layers of paper towel. Press out as much moisture as possible. Using a fork, mash together the tuna, scallions, cream cheese, paprika, worcestershire and liquid smoke in a bowl. Spread evenly over bread or tortillas and, top with lettuce and roll up like a jelly roll. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap until serving. Serve as sandwiches for lunch or cut into one inch slices for appetizers. The tuna/cream cheese blend is also great on a bagel with a slice of tomato and onions for breakfast or brunch.
