Sizzled veggies and spaghetti

½cupCabbage finely shredded
½cupCarrot julienned
½cupBeans cut into juliennes
½cupOnions thinly sliced
½cupBean sprouts boiled
1tablespoonTomato ketchup
1teaspoonChillies in vinegar or chilli garlic
; water
1teaspoonGinger water
1teaspoonSoyasauce
Salt to taste
2tablespoonsButter

Directions

Mix all vegetables and spaghetti, except onions.

Heat butter on a large sizzler tray or griddle (pavbhaji tawa).

Add onions and stir fry till tender.

Add mixed spaghetti and veggies. Stirfry 3-4 minutes.

Add all other ingredients and mix well.

Serve sizzling hot, with boiled rice or warm buttered bread or rolls.

Making time: 30 minutes

Makes: 4-5 servings bowl
