| ½ | cup | Carrot julienned |
| ½ | cup | Beans cut into juliennes |
| ½ | cup | Onions thinly sliced |
| ½ | cup | Bean sprouts boiled |
| 1 | tablespoon | Tomato ketchup |
| 1 | teaspoon | Chillies in vinegar or chilli garlic |

| 1 | teaspoon | Ginger water |
| 1 | teaspoon | Soyasauce |
| Salt to taste | ||
| 2 | tablespoons | Butter |
Directions
Mix all vegetables and spaghetti, except onions.
Heat butter on a large sizzler tray or griddle (pavbhaji tawa).
Add onions and stir fry till tender.
Add mixed spaghetti and veggies. Stirfry 3-4 minutes.
Add all other ingredients and mix well.
Serve sizzling hot, with boiled rice or warm buttered bread or rolls.
