Shrimp creole with rice wheat germ ring

| ½ | cup | Diced green pepper |
| ½ | cup | Thinly sliced celery |
| 1 | Minced garlic clove | |
| 2 | tablespoons | Butter |
| 2¼ | cup | (18oz) tomato juice |
| 1 | can | (8oz) tomato sauce |
| 1 | tablespoon | Sugar |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| ½ | teaspoon | Crushed marjoram |
| 1 | tablespoon | Cornstarch |
| 2 | tablespoons | Water |
| 1½ | pounds | Cooked shrimp (3 cups) |

Directions
Saute' onion, green pepper, celery & garlic in butter over low heat until tender but not browned, about 15 minutes. Stir in tomato juice & sauce, sugar, salt & marjoram; heat thoroughly. Combine cornstarch & water, stir into tomato mixture & cook 3-5 minutes until thickened.
Stir in shrimp; heat mixture to serving temperature. Fill center of Rice Wheat Germ Ring with shrimp & sauce; pour remaining sauce over ring. Serve immediately.
