Shredded beef filling

Ingredients

| 1 | medium | Onion -- chopped |
| 1½ | tablespoon | Vegetable oil |
| 2 | cups | Finely chopped or shredded cooked lean beef (leftover pot roast are good) |
| 1 | can | 4 oz chopped green chilies |
| 1 | teaspoon | Ground cumin |
| 1 | cup | Canned or homemade enchilada sauce |
Directions
