Shredded beef filling

Ingredients

tablespoonVegetable oil
2cupsFinely chopped or shredded cooked lean beef (leftover pot roast are good)
1can4 oz chopped green chilies
1teaspoonGround cumin
1cupCanned or homemade enchilada sauce

Directions
