Shortcut paella

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Chicken; cooked
1½ cup Chicken broth
10 ounces Shrimp; shelled
2 cups Rice; uncooked
1 can Mushrooms; drained; sliced
1 \N Envelope onion soup mix
1 teaspoon Paprika

Cut chicken into 1 inch pieces. Combine all ingredients in 3 qt casserole; bake at 350~F, covered, for 1¼ hrs until rice is tender.
