Shero wat (dry peas bowl)

Measure Ingredient
½ kilograms Dry green peas.
3 larges Onions
½ cup Oil
1 each Head garlic
½ teaspoon Ground ginger
½ teaspoon Black pepper
1 teaspoon Salt
\N \N 3-4 cups water.
1 each The peas in tap water for 20 minutes.
2 eaches The onions and cut into small cubes. Peal and mash the garlic.
3 eaches The oil in a pan and saute the onion and garlic until golden.

Add the ginger, pepper and salt and 2 cups water. Stir well, cover and bring to boil. 4-When the water boil, add the peas and the rest of the water and cook 40 minutes on a medium-low flame. Serve hot Gad S.
