Shero wat (dry peas bowl)

Ingredients

½kilogramsDry green peas.
3largesOnions
½cupOil
1eachHead garlic
½teaspoonGround ginger
½teaspoonBlack pepper
1teaspoonSalt
3-4 cups water.
1eachThe peas in tap water for 20 minutes.
2eachesThe onions and cut into small cubes. Peal and mash the garlic.
3eachesThe oil in a pan and saute the onion and garlic until golden.

Directions

Add the ginger, pepper and salt and 2 cups water. Stir well, cover and bring to boil. 4-When the water boil, add the peas and the rest of the water and cook 40 minutes on a medium-low flame. Serve hot Gad S.
