Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 tablespoons Olive oil; plus 2 teaspoons
1 tablespoon White wine; plus 1 teaspoon
7 \N Garlic cloves; minced
⅔ cup Fresh spinach leaves; stems removed, torn into small pieces
11 ounces Cooked shell pasta

In a heavy skillet, heat the oil and wine. Add the garlic and saut‚ for 5 minutes. Add the spinach and saut‚ just until it wilts. Toss the garlic spinach sauce with the hot shells and serve.
