Yield: 4 Servings
|2 tablespoons||Olive oil; plus 2 teaspoons|
|1 tablespoon||White wine; plus 1 teaspoon|
|7 \N||Garlic cloves; minced|
|⅔ cup||Fresh spinach leaves; stems removed, torn into small pieces|
|11 ounces||Cooked shell pasta|
In a heavy skillet, heat the oil and wine. Add the garlic and saut for 5 minutes. Add the spinach and saut just until it wilts. Toss the garlic spinach sauce with the hot shells and serve.
