Sea-fare lorraine

Measure Ingredient
4 ounces Fresh or imitation crab
¼ cup Finely chopped scallion
¼ cup Finely chopped celery
¼ cup Finely chopped olives
3 tablespoons Mayonnaise
\N \N Black pepper to taste
4 ounces Sliced LORRAINE cheese
1 \N Tomato, sliced

Combine crab, scallion, celery, olives, mayonnaise and pepper. Place Lorraine on bottom half of roll. Broil until melted. Top with tomato slices and crab mixture.
