¼ | cup | Finely chopped celery |
¼ | cup | Finely chopped olives |
3 | tablespoons | Mayonnaise |
Black pepper to taste | ||
4 | ounces | Sliced LORRAINE cheese |
1 | Tomato, sliced |
Directions
Combine crab, scallion, celery, olives, mayonnaise and pepper. Place Lorraine on bottom half of roll. Broil until melted. Top with tomato slices and crab mixture.
