Scalloped potatoes with bacon

Directions
Fry bacon until cooked but not crisp (unless you like crisp bacon).
Degrease bacon. Mix up scalloped potatoes and add bacon then cook according to package directions.
It's not a bad little dish and it's quite filling. It works well with ham, too.
