Measure Ingredient
1 \N Head garlic -- crushed
½ cup Brown sugar
1 teaspoon Black pepper(ground)
1 tablespoon Rock salt
1 cup Native vinegar
¼ cup Soy sauce
2 pounds Lean pork -- cut into 1\"
\N \N Cubes

Prepare marinade by combining first 6 ingredients. Marinate pork overnight in the fridge. Skewer pork pieces in bamboo sticks.
