|1||Head garlic -- crushed|
|½ cup||Brown sugar|
|1 teaspoon||Black pepper(ground)|
|1 tablespoon||Rock salt|
|1 cup||Native vinegar|
|¼ cup||Soy sauce|
|2 pounds||Lean pork -- cut into 1"|
Prepare marinade by combining first 6 ingredients. Marinate pork overnight in the fridge. Skewer pork pieces in bamboo sticks.
