San diego tamale pie

Ingredients

1largeOnion; chopped
2clovesGarlic; minced
1cupYellow cornmeal;
1canRipe olives; pitted (6-oz)
poundsLonghorn cheese; grated
1canWhole kernel corn;
2cansTomato paste; (6-oz ea)
1canEnchilada sauce; (4-oz)
1canGreen chili, (4-oz)
1tablespoonChili powder;
1cupMilk;

Directions

Brown meat, drain off fat. Add onion and garlic, heat, add everything except cheese. Pour into 3 qt casserole and bake at 350 F. for 30 minutes, uncovered. Add cheese and cook 5 - 10 minutes longer.
