Carefully turn and brush with remaining butter mixture Broil 7 minutes longer or until fish can be flaked with a fork This recipe is easily adapted to baking, uncovered, in a 350-degree oven for about 15 minutes.
To cut calories and cholesterol, skip the butter and coat baking dish with 3 or 4 sprays of butter-flavored no-stick cooking spray. Place salmon steaks or fillets in the dish and give the tops of the fish another 3 or 4 sprays. Sprinkle with lemon juice and seasonings.
