Salmon stuffed tomatoes

Ingredients

| 20 | mediums | Cherry tomatoes | 
| ¼ | pounds | Smoked salmon; flaked | 
| 1 | tablespoon | Finely chopped green onions | 
| ⅛ | teaspoon | White pepper | 
| 2 | tablespoons | Fresh lime juice | 
| 1 | drop | Hot pepper sauce | 
Directions
1. Cut thin slice from bottom of each tomato; scoop out seeds and pulp, leaving edges intact.
2. In small bowl, combine all remaining ingredients; mix well. Spoon filling into tomatoes, mounding slightly. Refrigerate until serving time. 
Makes 20 appetizers.
