Measure | Ingredient |

20 mediums | Cherry tomatoes |
¼ pounds | Smoked salmon; flaked |
1 tablespoon | Finely chopped green onions |
⅛ teaspoon | White pepper |
2 tablespoons | Fresh lime juice |
1 drop | Hot pepper sauce |
1. Cut thin slice from bottom of each tomato; scoop out seeds and pulp, leaving edges intact.
2. In small bowl, combine all remaining ingredients; mix well. Spoon filling into tomatoes, mounding slightly. Refrigerate until serving time.
Makes 20 appetizers.
