Salmon stuffed tomatoes

Ingredients

20 | mediums | Cherry tomatoes |
¼ | pounds | Smoked salmon; flaked |
1 | tablespoon | Finely chopped green onions |
⅛ | teaspoon | White pepper |
2 | tablespoons | Fresh lime juice |
1 | drop | Hot pepper sauce |
Directions
1. Cut thin slice from bottom of each tomato; scoop out seeds and pulp, leaving edges intact.
2. In small bowl, combine all remaining ingredients; mix well. Spoon filling into tomatoes, mounding slightly. Refrigerate until serving time.
Makes 20 appetizers.
