| Indian cheese; cubed | ||
| Tinned spinach | ||
| Fresh tomatoes; cubed | ||
| Coriander; finely chopped | ||
| Vegetable oil or butter | ||
| Garlic and ginger | ||
| Onions; finely chopped | ||
| 2 | teaspoons | Mixed curry powder |
| 1 | teaspoon | Garam masala |
| 2 | teaspoons | Tomato puree |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
Directions
Heat the oil or butter in a pan then add the garlic and ginger and cook until brown. Add the onions and cook until brown.
Add the curry powder, garam masala, salt and tomato puree. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring, until all the spices are thoroughly blended.
Add the cheese, spinach and tomatoes and cook for 10-15 minutes. Add water as and when needed to reach the desired consistency.
