Measure Ingredient
200 grams Flour (1 3/4 cups)
2 \N Eggs
⅛ litre Milk (1/2 cup plus 1/2 Tbsp)
1 pinch Salt
50 grams Lard (3 1/2 Tbsp)
\N \N Apples OR cracklings

From the Ries area.

Make a pancake batter and pour into a greased bread pan. Top with sliced apples or with cracklings, and bake.

If topped with fruit, dust with sugar; if with cracklings, salt, and serve.

Serves 4.
