Quinoa: the basic recipe

1 | cup | Quinoa |
Directions
Rinse quinoa thoroughly. Drain. Place in small (1½ qt) saucepan .
Bring to a boil. Reduce to simmer, covered about 15 min. or until all water is absorbed. Grains will turn from white to transparent and the spiral-like germ will be separated.
