Pumpkin and coconut curry

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
500 grams Pumpkin, peeled and cubed
1 large Onion, finely sliced
2 teaspoons Chopped garlic
1 teaspoon Ground turmeric
1 teaspoon Chilli powder
1 teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Ground black pepper
1 teaspoon Dried shrimp paste
2 tablespoons Coconut cream
1½ cup Hot water
2 Fresh green chillies, sliced

Place all ingredients, except pumpkin, into a saucepan and bring to a boil.

Lower heat and simmer for 5 minutes, Then add pumpkin, cover and simmer until tender. Serve with boiled rice.
