Pumpkin and coconut curry

Ingredients

| 500 | grams | Pumpkin, peeled and cubed |
| 1 | large | Onion, finely sliced |
| 2 | teaspoons | Chopped garlic |
| 1 | teaspoon | Ground turmeric |
| 1 | teaspoon | Chilli powder |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| ½ | teaspoon | Ground black pepper |
| 1 | teaspoon | Dried shrimp paste |
| 2 | tablespoons | Coconut cream |
| 1½ | cup | Hot water |
| 2 | Fresh green chillies, sliced | |
Directions
Place all ingredients, except pumpkin, into a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Lower heat and simmer for 5 minutes, Then add pumpkin, cover and simmer until tender. Serve with boiled rice.
