Pumpkin and coconut curry

Ingredients

500gramsPumpkin, peeled and cubed
1largeOnion, finely sliced
2teaspoonsChopped garlic
1teaspoonGround turmeric
1teaspoonChilli powder
1teaspoonSalt
½teaspoonGround black pepper
1teaspoonDried shrimp paste
2tablespoonsCoconut cream
cupHot water
2Fresh green chillies, sliced

Directions

Place all ingredients, except pumpkin, into a saucepan and bring to a boil.

Lower heat and simmer for 5 minutes, Then add pumpkin, cover and simmer until tender. Serve with boiled rice.
