Preserve-filled crepes

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup Fruit preserves or
Marmalade
Sweet Buckwheat Crepes (see
Recipe)
Melted butter -- for
Garnish

Directions

Spread 2 tablespoons preserves evenly over the surface of each hot crepe.

Fold in quarters, brush with butter, and serve.

Makes 8 filled crepes.
