Pralines & cream cheesecake

Measure Ingredient
¼ pounds BUTTER, melted
1 cup NILLA WAFERS, finely crushed
1 cup PECANS, finely chopped
2 tablespoons SUGAR
2 tablespoons BROWN SUGAR
\N \N Melt butter. Add remaining ingredients and mix in food
\N \N Processor (if you have one) until well blended. Press onto
\N \N Bottom and sides of a 10-Inch springform pan.
\N \N FILLING
2 pounds CREAM CHEESE, unwrapped and warmed in
\N \N Microwave 2 minutes
¾ cup SUGAR
¾ cup BROWN SUGAR
3 tablespoons PRALINE LIQUEUR or RUM
½ cup PECANS or CASHEW BRITTLE
¼ teaspoon SALT
5 \N JUMBO EGGS, shelled and warmed in microwave 25
\N \N Seconds
½ cup HEAVY CREAM
¼ cup CORNSTARCH
