Praline pumpkin pie

| 2 | Eggs | |
| 1 | can | (16 Oz) Pumpkin |
| ¾ | cup | Sugar |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | teaspoon | Ground Cinnamon |
| ½ | teaspoon | Ground Ginger |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Ground Cloves |
| 1⅔ | cup | Evaporated Milk Or Half-And-Half |
| Praline Topping -- (see below) | ||
Directions
Prepare pie shell. Heat oven to 425 F. Beat eggs slightly with hand beater; beat in remaining ingredients except Praline Topping. Place pastry-lined pie plate on oven rack; pour in filling. Bake 15 mins.
Reduce oven temperature to 350 F. Bake 35 mins; sprinkle with Praline Topping. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 10 mins longer; cool. Serve with sweetened whipped cream, if desired.
PRALINE TOPPING: Mix ½ cup packed brown sugar, ⅓ cup chopped pecans and 1 Tbs margarine or butter, softened.
