Pork hash and nori

Ingredients

2tablespoonsOyster sauce
1tablespoonSesame seed (up to)
4Stalks green onion; chopped
1packSushi nori
½canWater chestnuts; chopped
¼teaspoonSalt
1dashMSG

Directions

Mix all ingredients except nori. On a sheet of nori, spread 3 tablespoons of mixture on bottom edge. Roll nori like sushi. Fry on medium-low heat for 20-30 minutes. No oil needed. Slice into 1-½" lengths and serve with mustard-shoyu sauce.
