Pork hash and nori

Yield: 16 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Ground pork
2 tablespoons Oyster sauce
1 tablespoon Sesame seed (up to)
4 \N Stalks green onion; chopped
1 pack Sushi nori
½ can Water chestnuts; chopped
¼ teaspoon Salt
1 dash MSG

Mix all ingredients except nori. On a sheet of nori, spread 3 tablespoons of mixture on bottom edge. Roll nori like sushi. Fry on medium-low heat for 20-30 minutes. No oil needed. Slice into 1-½" lengths and serve with mustard-shoyu sauce.
