Measure | Ingredient |

1 pounds | Ground pork |
2 tablespoons | Oyster sauce |
1 tablespoon | Sesame seed (up to) |
4 \N | Stalks green onion; chopped |
1 pack | Sushi nori |
½ can | Water chestnuts; chopped |
¼ teaspoon | Salt |
1 dash | MSG |
Mix all ingredients except nori. On a sheet of nori, spread 3 tablespoons of mixture on bottom edge. Roll nori like sushi. Fry on medium-low heat for 20-30 minutes. No oil needed. Slice into 1-½" lengths and serve with mustard-shoyu sauce.
