⅓ cup | Light or dark raisins |

Trim fat from chops and EITHER place on unheated broiler pan rack and broil 5" from heat for 20-25 mins.until not pink, turning once or Brown in no-stick frypan and braise in a little water until cooked.
Meanwhile, in Microwave dish or saucepan, combine water and cabbage.
Microwave, covered on High for 7-8 minutes until almost tender, stirring once. Drain, if needed. In a medium mixing bowl, gradually stir together vinegar and mustard. Stir in sugar, salt, caraway seed and pepper to taste. Add apple wedges and raisins. Toss to coat. Add to cabbage. Toss. Cook, oh High in Microwave for 2-3 minutes until apples are crisp-tender and mixture is heated through. Serve chops over cabbage.
