2Unbaked pizza shells
Mashed potatoes
1largeOnion, diced
1Stick butter or oleo
8ouncesCheddar cheese, grated
½poundsProvolone cheese, grated
½poundsMozzarella cheese, grated & mixed with Provolone

Directions

Saute onion in butter, stir into potatoes along with cheddar cheese and refrigerate to let flavor go through. Coat pizza shells with potato mixture. Top with Provolone and Mozzarella cheese mixture and bake until shells are baked and cheese is melted.
