Pierogi pizza - polish

Measure Ingredient
2 \N Unbaked pizza shells
\N \N Mashed potatoes
1 large Onion, diced
1 \N Stick butter or oleo
8 ounces Cheddar cheese, grated
½ pounds Provolone cheese, grated
½ pounds Mozzarella cheese, grated & mixed with Provolone

Saute onion in butter, stir into potatoes along with cheddar cheese and refrigerate to let flavor go through. Coat pizza shells with potato mixture. Top with Provolone and Mozzarella cheese mixture and bake until shells are baked and cheese is melted.
