Peanut butter honey buns

Ingredients

| 8 | tablespoons | Peanut butter |
| 8 | Hot dog buns, split | |
| 2 | To 3 bananas, sliced | |
| 2 | tablespoons | Honey |
| 8 | teaspoons | Shelled sunflower seeds, if desired |
Directions
