Pasta with sun dried tomatoes, prawn and basil

750gramsTomatoes; skinned, de-seeded

100gramsSun-dried tomatoes in seasoned oil; drained and chopped
; roughly (3 1/2oz)
250gramsPeeled prawns; thawed if frozen
; (8oz)
4tablespoonsChopped fresh basil

Directions

GENERAL

Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling water according to the packet instructions or until ''al dente'' (tender but still slightly firm to the bite).

Drain pasta and return to the pan.

Add the fresh tomatoes and sun-dried tomatoes to the pasta, stir well and cook for 5 minutes.

Add the prawns and basil, and season with pepper.

Stir well and cook for further 5 minutes before serving in warmed bowls.
