Measure Ingredient
1 tablespoon Wheat flour
1 tablespoon Fresh curds
½ tablespoon Cooked rice
2 \N Pinches red chilli powder; (optional)
3 \N Pinches cumin powder
\N \N Salt to taste

Take rice in a clean pan.

Add curds and flour.

Beat well with a fork.

Add 1-½ cups water.

Add salt, chilli powder and mix well.

Cook while stirring continuously.

When in starts boiling, simmer for 5 minutes.

Sprinkle cumin powder and mix

Stir occasionally. It should be smooth and thick with grains of whole rice.

Serve porridge warm to kids and steaming hot to adult patients.
