1canPinto beans, undrained
1mediumOnion, chopped
1mediumGreen pepper, chopped
3clovesGarlic, minced
1packMickey Gilley's Chili
Seasoning mix
2tablespoonsChili Sauce
2tablespoonsCatalina Dressing(lo-cal)
1tablespoonCinnamon
1tablespoonSugar
2tablespoonsRed wine
2tablespoonsCornstarch mixed with 2 T
Water

Directions

Saute sausage, onion, green pepper and garlic in large pot. Add remaining ingredients except red wine and cornstarch-water mixture.

Bring to a boil and simmer about ½ hour. Add red wine; Add cornstarch-water mixture to desired thickness. Simmer and serve. This is very hot and spicy.
