Oven spaghetti and meat

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 tablespoons Oil
1 pounds Ground beef
1 small Onion; minced
1 cup Ketchup
1½ cup Tomato juice
1 teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper
1 cup Broken; uncooked spaghetti
\N \N Grated cheese (optional)

Brown meat and onions in skillet until meat loses its red color. Add remaining ingredients in order listed, except cheese. Stir to blend. Place in casserole and bake covered at 375 for 1 to 1-½ hours. Sprinkle with cheese when done.
